1. Processing Time: Getting Your Udderly Fantastic Products Out

• All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). We don't mess around—once your payment clears, we start packing.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.

• Please note: Processing time may be extended during major holidays or sales events (like Black Friday, or, well, Halloween). We will always announce any delays clearly on our homepage.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping options to make your choice easy.

 

Why the "over £30" free shipping? Because we want you to try more of our life-changing products, and we are happy to eat the shipping cost when you do!

3. Order Tracking

• Every single order comes with full tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

• If you don't receive your tracking number within 2 business days, please check your spam folder, then contact us immediately at moo @naturalhairandgrooming@gmail.com

4. International Orders (Important Note)

We love our global herd! However, please be aware that shipping costs do NOT include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country.

• Customs & Duties: These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not under our control. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

• Failed Delivery: If a shipment is refused by the recipient due to customs charges, the original shipping charges paid to Cow Lick will not be refunded.
