The Cow Lick Risk-Free Guarantee: Return & Refund Policy

We don't want your money if you don't love our products. Our policy is simple because it’s backed by our Power Guarantee: We take the risk, so you can enjoy your purchase with zero stress.

1. Our Power Guarantee: Love It, or Profit From Our Failure.

If you try any Cow Lick product and are not 100% satisfied—if it's not the best product you have ever used for your grooming needs—we will do the following:

1. Issue a full 100% refund for the product cost.

2. Give you a £10 store credit for the inconvenience of trying something that didn't work for you.

This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Used Products: Yes! This guarantee is why we exist. If you used it and didn't like it, you can return it.

• Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Bundles/Kits: If you return a product purchased as part of a kit or bundle, the refund will be the proportionate price of the single item.

3. How to Initiate a Risk-Free Return

DO NOT simply mail the product back. You must contact us first.

1. Email Us: Send a quick email to naturalhairandgrooming@gmail.com

2. Subject Line: Use "Return Request: [Your Order Number]"

3. Tell Us: State which product(s) you are unhappy with and why (this helps us make better products!).

4. Receive RMA: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return mailing address.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your full refund and issue your £10 store credit within 3-5 business days.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

• If you are returning a product under our Power Guarantee because you simply did not like it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• If you received a damaged or defective product (our mistake!), we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

5. Final Sale Items (The Fine Print)

Some items, such as gift cards or promotional accessories, are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
